Wastewater Reclamation Systems
PirTano Construction Company was the General Contractor for the waste water reclamation station at Hawthorn Woods. Our duties as the General Contractor was to build the operations facility with all the complex components that this facility housed such as the hydro-clear gravity sand filter, filter pumps, chlorination facilities, berm spray system, electrical and instrumentation system, blower package and the building itself. Outside of the operations facility we installed the muffin monster comminuter, gravity sewer and aeration system. The entire system can be operated manually or completely automated via a weather station. |
